Let's say she's everything else; looks, easy to talk to, fun, and good mileage etc. She makes it clear she doesn't do OTC nor extras but does offer number to bring you back. What do you do?
Politely take it and move on to somebody who does provide? Take it and attempt to play the long game of changing her mind down the road, and if so how long do you wait or do you just accept the LD fun strictly ITC? or any other number of things?
It depends. What is her competition doing in the same club. Is she someone that would be worth a reasonable warm up period, meaning several visits to the club before something more happens?
My personal experience is that there are girls that don't regularly do OTC or ITC extras but will on occasion with the right guy, situation and money. Others on the board vehemently disagree...but that's fine. :). For those girls, patience, treating them nice and not asking them too many specific questions can allow a special experience to occur. This is counter to the advice to negotiate the specifics before going to VIP....but it has worked for me with girls who other guys say won't do extras or OTC.
I might have that at a dive club... The dancer is one of the more attractive ones there, does not do any major extras - normal things we expect here like titty sucking and a firm grind. She will do OTC but oh my God is she flaky we never can seem to hook up. (she tells me some things about other regulars so they must be more persistent than me to get OTC)
I shrug and put up with it all since she also does VIP for $5 less than the club price for me. I am a clean sober professional white guy and the other customers tend to be a lot more crude and she admits that she would rather not spend time with them.

There are several factors you need to consider in making that decision. What are your expectations going in? Do you feel you are getting value for your money spent? Are you enjoying the relationship as it is and will you be ok with it not developing further? Each PL has to ask himself these things, and each may answer differently. As long as you are happy with the value, then of course it is possible to have a favorite like that. My only warning is don't ever let them get you attached emotionally. Always remember her motive with you is cash and you getting emotionally attached gives her all the advantage in the relationship. Keep it a business deal and you can enjoy a great time.
I agree with Doces. You absolutely can have a good time with her if you don't get inside your own head too much and fall in love with her.
Also, my personal view is that I don't try to work a girl for more than she says she will do. I hate getting pressured and I'm not going to do that to someone else. If she says no, it's no and I accept that. With strippers, sometimes an initial no girl will cycle back and approach me with a yes. But I leave that up to her. I'm blunt but polite with strippers. They know what I want and they can say yay or nay. I then adjust my expectations and decisions accordingly.

For the most part, eventually I want extras or OTC or else: 1. I'm moving on, 2. I'll keep her around as a fluffer for my main girl, or pleasant company when my main girl isn't there.
That said, I have gotten girls OTC who resisted at first. But I don't play "the long game", if by that you mean, see her 10 more times hoping to change her mind. But I do find that an investment of a few more trips (make her comfortable with you and trust you), sometimes combined with lowered requirements, can get her to change her mind. Once I pop the question about OTC, if she says no and I think she means it, I move on as above; but many times I'm not so sure so if I already enjoy her company, I don't mind trying to change her mind a few more times.

Yes! Since most of my clubbing over a period of 20+ years has not involved either extras or the possibility of OTC (which I was basically unaware of until just a few years ago), most of my CFs have been strictly for ITC fun, and to this day I can have a CF whom I see ITC only.
My CF at my favorite night shift has been doing HM lappers for me for at least a couple of years with no extras (it's not that kind of club) and only occasional lapgasms. To my delight, she stated spontaneously a couple of weeks ago that she almost never does "private parties" but would consider doing one for me because she likes and trusts me. Now I'm ever so carefully trying to get her to pull the trigger and see me in my hotel room some evening. I think it's a matter of assuring her that she'll be well compensated and absolutely safe. I've resolved to never say never again. My ATF took a long time to agree to OTC, though she did provide ITC within a few visits.

It's usually a total crapshoot whether she'll eventually do more - IMO if by the 3rd visit things have not progressed beyond what u need, then probably best to look for greener pastures (you can also get occasionsional dances from her to keep the door sligjtly open, but I would not make her the focus)
Papi, I think 3 visits is good. I've pushed it to 4-5 for two girls and both were worth it. One was a waitress that danced for a brief time at Follies. I was very happy I slow played that and had success.
