It's odd that they couldn't find anyone named Jesse the Hooker in the club? Possibly her stage name is Jesse the Dancer? I'm no detective - but I'm guessing that's not the name on her drivers license...
Damn. Jesse charges me $200.
And I agree that the existence of a prostitute is a necessary element of a charge of soliciting a prostitute. That charge will get dismissed..

If only this guy had a system. Everyone knows that it's not as simple as going to a club and paying a hooker for sex.

They should have arrested him for pissing in public. And the stuff about threatening to kill the bouncer and non-existent hooker! That hooker-threatening stuff was non-brilliant!
