I've been to Cheater's and Inner Room the two times I was in Orlando. Both were good atmosphere and girl selection. Touching was allowed, no privacy in VIPs it's an open room.

Of the three clubs in the Cocoa Beach area (Lido, Cheaters, and Inner Room) none have a setup up that is conducive to extra fun in the club. OTC is possible at Cheaters and Inner Room. I don't know about Lido. An Uber driver told me that Red Leopard in Satellite Beach about 20 min down the road from Cocoa Beach had the reputation of having the "skankiest" dancers, and I seem to recall they had a VIP area that offers some privacy, but I didn't partake so really can't say for sure.
