Do you know any dancers who have had fat transferred to their breast? I know the BBL (fat transfer to the butt) is very popular with dancers as well as civis. I heard that fat transferred to the breast doesn't survive as well as in the butt.

Yeah, the fat transfer to breast is often a waste of money because the fat gets burned off/consumed pretty quickly; how quickly, who knows. And the difference isn't that great either like maybe one to two cup sizes, so if she's an A, she'll be something like a large B, maybe a small C. And the boob will be the same shape, only larger, so she won't get the lift that implants give if she's on the saggy side. But if a girl wants to have the sensation of having "natural" larger boobs just for a little while and doesn't mind spending, i'm guessing, $5000+ for it; it's her money and health...
If any dancer is running low on fat I'm sure there's a couple of donors around here!
