I was talking to a potential SB from SA and her current living arrangement meant she couldn't have me over to her place. Had same issue with a potential OTC stripper back in Jan. I'm married, so definitely can't have anyone over to my house.
The potential SB suggested I set her up with a small apartment. The amount I would spend on an SB would certainly cover the rent on a small place, but didn't want to feel like my SB support was something someone was relying on for a place to live. If I got an out of town contract, I'd have to break off the SB arrangement. She said she wouldn't have relied on it for a place to live.
So, now I'm thinking "hell no, why would I set you up with an apartment to see you 4-5 times a month, and then you're going to use it to see other guys the other days".
This got me to thinking, though, if I get hotel rooms for SB or OTC meetings, how much would I be spending on that? In Atlanta it's hard to get a decent hotel room for less than 90 and by the time you add taxes it's 125. If I do that 4 times a month, that's 500. Not enough for an apt.
I know independent escorts join together and rent an apartment to use as an incall location. I wondered if something like that could work in reverse, with a handful of guys splitting the rent and utilities (just electricity and water, I'm guessing) on a place and then time-sharing it.
Put a nice comfy couch in the living room and install a stripper pole and some decent Bluetooth speakers for music. Keep a bar and the fridge stocked with alcohol and munchies.
What do you think?

Too many problems. Setting aside the legal questions of responsibilities, the biggest one would be fighting over who gets to use it when.
