OTC location co-op/timeshare?

firmly on the Atlanta United bandwagon!
I was talking to a potential SB from SA and her current living arrangement meant she couldn't have me over to her place. Had same issue with a potential OTC stripper back in Jan. I'm married, so definitely can't have anyone over to my house.

The potential SB suggested I set her up with a small apartment. The amount I would spend on an SB would certainly cover the rent on a small place, but didn't want to feel like my SB support was something someone was relying on for a place to live. If I got an out of town contract, I'd have to break off the SB arrangement. She said she wouldn't have relied on it for a place to live.

So, now I'm thinking "hell no, why would I set you up with an apartment to see you 4-5 times a month, and then you're going to use it to see other guys the other days".

This got me to thinking, though, if I get hotel rooms for SB or OTC meetings, how much would I be spending on that? In Atlanta it's hard to get a decent hotel room for less than 90 and by the time you add taxes it's 125. If I do that 4 times a month, that's 500. Not enough for an apt.

I know independent escorts join together and rent an apartment to use as an incall location. I wondered if something like that could work in reverse, with a handful of guys splitting the rent and utilities (just electricity and water, I'm guessing) on a place and then time-sharing it.

Put a nice comfy couch in the living room and install a stripper pole and some decent Bluetooth speakers for music. Keep a bar and the fridge stocked with alcohol and munchies.

What do you think?

Too many problems. Setting aside the legal questions of responsibilities, the biggest one would be fighting over who gets to use it when.

Lots of issues especially if police find out prostitution is happening within a residence and that is the only thing happening at said residence. Think Dallas Cowboys in the 90's with the "White House".

If you go to a hotel, you and your "girlfriend"are just having a role play night.

You can get hotels cheap with the Name Your Price option on priceline. If you wait until the night that you need the hotel, some 3 and 4 star hotels with vacancies get desperate to fill out their rooms and sell them at a price just above their costs.

There is also a website called dayuse.com where you can get hotels to use during the daytime for blocks of a few hours. They are up to 75% less than the cost of an overnight stay.

Sharing an apartment with other johns is a disaster waiting to happen.

There was a movie out a couple of years ago called "The Loft" that was about the same thing you are asking about. The story in the movie turned out as bad as the actual movie. Murder and betrayal were the primary components of the downfall.

That arrangement was also the subject of the 60s movies Boys Night Out. That was a god movie.

I would agree with the consensus.... A disaster in the making.

As I have seen, the girls who are the best at this, they maintain their own places.

"I have my own place now."

A very friendly dancer at the Sunnyvale Hip Hugger.

Otherwise you have to provide the place. I for one would not want to be in a dicey place with a girl. Too many problems, and mostly because the girl has got it set up that way on purpose.

I thought that was the premise of The Apartment starring Jack Lemmon.

I suggest Choice Hotel properties. These are the low end hotels like Comfort Inn. AAA discounts available. Rates below $100 even in major cities.

Tempting. Get some wealthy cool homies together and setup a smoking, fully stocked bachelor pad with a stripper pole. Might work.

There is a lot of risks though, what if you meet a honey that lives an hour and half away. Maybe she'll make the drive but chances are you'll be back to using hotels.

Also, sooner or later one of the bro's is going to slide one of the honeys in for an extended stay. Inevitable.

This along with a dozen other variables that will make success unlikely.

All that said, if I had friends (like Subra) that I thought were cool enough to make it work, I would give it a shot.

This feels like the OP is pulling our collective chain.

It's a bad idea, unless you need more mushroom clouds in your life.

@lonewolf that's more the type of response I thought I'd get. Seems like a handful of experienced level headed guys could set up a place, set up some rules, use a Google calendar to handle scheduling, and have a safe clean predictable place to go play.

My favorite FBSM outfit has been using the same apartment for over 2 years now and they have guys coming and going from 10am to 11pm every day. A monger pad like this might get used what, twice a day?

Alas, the consensus does not seem to think that it's a good idea.

@shadowcat and others
No disrespect, but despite the low opinions many on here have of strippers and other sex workers, I wouldn't take any girl (SW or civvie) to a hotel that I wouldn't stay in if I'm by myself. I used the Microtel across from Pink Pony one time and I think I managed to stay under 100 taxes and all, but the huge mirror above the headboard was the only redeeming factor. Otherwise, it was just barely a smidge above being too scummy to use.

I'll check out the dayuse.com web site. Since a lunch date followed by afternoon delight is actually one of my favorite things, maybe that could work out well if there are some nicer places listed.

@call.me.ishmael nope, no chain yanking.

I used to build websites for independent escorts, so I learned quite a bit of the logistics involved. I figured if 4 escorts could figure out how to share an apartment without too much trouble, surely a group of us guys could handle it. Sounds like most of you think your fellow TUSCLites are just as unstable as the strippers are. :-)

There used to be ads that ran on Phoenix-Backpage for hourly use of a nice condo over in south Scottsdale. They provided fresh linens, stocked fridge, and discretion. Marketed as a place for secret rendezvous, without any mention of whether anyone was paying anyone for services. I though it was a great concept, although I never had an opportunity to try it out. I haven't seen their ads for a couple of years now.
