I wasn't thinking anything of it when I donated blood this morning, but they advise no strenuous activity (including sex) for 24 hours.
I'm heading to the club for dayshift today. I don't do extras, but I am going to challenge my favorite to try to make me black out or at least get light headed or a little dizzy.

Drink plenty of water and you'll be perfectly fine. I just donated whole blood yesterday morning, in fact.
