Related - I just bought a deep fryer. I've already had more deep fried oreos in the past week than should be allowed in a lifetime. I'm thinking I need to bunp myself up to the gold healthcare plan at work over this before I have my heart attack.

I used to live in Albuquerque. Now I'm back in Ohio. God I miss the food down there, fried bread especially.

^^^ The hatch chilis are in season, and the wife made several dishes with them. So far so good, but those New Mexican chilis can burn more going out than going in :-0 !! Love me some New Mexican food due to the seasoning and chilis.
