Contracting for Sex or Lewd Conduct.
I would say that dry humping does constitute sex or lewd conduct. But proving that there was a contract is another matter. But also, most of these cases never go before a jury, they are resolved by a guilty plea because they hit the defendant with such a big stick that they give in.
