Shadow, that makes me think the TER people took them all down because of suspect fake reviews. If they suspect a fake review these webmasters tend to teach agencies a lesson.

It could also be that the agency and TER are not agreeable anymore. I know of one agency that started to "promote" or talk about reviews on another review site. TER shut them down and cancelled all of their profiles.
