Backpage is Free Speech, not Pimping- California Court

Summary:

Apparently Backpage and their attorneys won round one against the California Attorney General, Kamala Harris. The Sacramento Superior Court ruled that Backpage's escort ads were protected free speech under the Federal Communication Decency Act, and that 'criminal' content was not of the publisher. Harris has stated she disagrees with the decision and has vowed to take it to higher courts to get it overruled. Thoughts?

The bitch AG is just trying to make a name for herself going after an easy target - absolutely human trafficking should be gone after hard but those that are benefiting from fighting "human trafficking" wanna make the public at large believe that almost everyone in the sex biz is being trafficked, if this was the case then why do they allow the legal brothels in Nevada, those women must surely be trafficked since they are in the sex business - going after Backpage is like them going after Anheiser Bush b/c there are people that become alcoholics - prohibition (alcohol, sex, drugs) often creates more problems than it solves - there seems to be many special interests benefiting from anti P4P laws
