Years ago I use to work for a company that serviced a piece of equipment that was used in the kitchen in McDonalds. I still remember scrapping inches of fermented grease off to get be able to an access door, only to be bombarded by cockroaches when opened. Would be ok if it was the only location like that, but actually that was one of the cleaner ones. Between the roaches and the stench of fermented grease I haven't eaten McDonalds in over a decade, and just the smell of it makes me want to toss my cookies.
