Maybe thing should move towards the center? Everyone, including SCOTUS nominees, could be more open-minded and less bigoted. Also, it wouldn't hurt to have one of the nine be evangelical. It would make sense population-wise, and one isn't currently represented on the bench AFAIK, even though the justice would probably disagree with more things I would politically. Maybe Mrs. Clinton and Mr Kane could get that done?
