Good for them. It should be 18 years old, period.

If they can work at 18 in other jobs, then stripping too. Am surprised that it took so long for the lawsuit. Age discrimination in reverse. Maybe the lawyers can chime in on this.

The age discrimination claim doesn't have much hope in my view. But I like the sex discrimination angle, and the first amendment argument also has some potential. Good luck ladies.
