I was prompted to ask this question by the other thread about female vice cops posing as strippers? When I say minor I mean touching, straddling, flashing(in a bikini bar) or not wearing pasties, etc. How often does this occur? Prostitution(and I guess soliciting prostitution) is one thing, but do the boys really waste time(and tax payer money!) on busting strippers over nonsense like this? I know some cities make it their goal to make all pl's suffer or go elsewhere but on average how much time is wasted on these efforts?
Most busts that I am familiar with are over license compliance. Big fine added on the the cost of getting the license in the first place for those caught working with out one where required.
