One girl is an exotic dancer. Former surgeon messed up her boobs with his procedure.
Another group are twins. They want everything the same, exactly the same, including their tits. Picky picky.

It's primarily breasts and noses -- obviously enough, those are the most common surgeries and the ones that most often need fixing. There's also a bit of stomach-area reconstruction, and reconstruction of other parts of the face from people who went to foreign countries and got silicone injected into them
They even have the same boyfriend. I guess he is busy. :)
