Probably been discussed before... What do you all think is the best SC city/area west of the Rockies on US soil? (TJ not a option, and assuming you are not a regular) COI? PHX (Phoenix)? PDX (Portland OR) has lots of clubs but not a lot of mileage IME.

phoenix is not "west coast " :p
I vote for COI based on my experiences there. Never been to any Phoenix clubs but they are rumored to be very friendly.
COI and PHX are both good, although as JamesSD points out PHX is no more west coast than Las Vegas. PDX is crap. There are a lot of clubs but in my experience they all suck. COI is not as good as it once was but still my choice among these options.
