When it comes to strippers, as long as they aren't "mean" to me I'm not too concerned with their personalities. If they fuck me good they can get away with a lot of stuff with (i.e.) a hot stripper good in bed can cause a lot of drama that I am willing to put up with.
For a civie I'd say personality (40% - with 35% being a lack of drama) - body (40% - with 35% of that being the feel of her pussy) - face (20%). Least important is the face.

Civilian - Personality 60%, face 20%, body 20% I have to have a person who makes me laugh and we just click. If that's the case I can deal with a face or body that might not be a 7 or 8.
Stripper - Body 60%, face 25%, personality 15%. With a stripper, I may not see her again the next time I go to the club so personality isn't as high on the scale but if she has a good one that's a bonus which will get her more of my cash. A body type I like will grab my attention. A pretty face will grab my attention as well. A butter face can overshadow a great body and personality.
