I'd probably still go if you feel okay. This is mild as opposed to a head wound, but I got a deep cut on my finger tip from a ratchet strap and had to wear a band aid to stop the bleeding/protect the wound and I still went that same day. Dancers still approached/danced as usual.

Think of getting a lapdance as a sporting event. No open blood allowed. Get it bandaged and you're back in the game.
