Some good choices there, namely Mick Tinglehoff, Antonio Gates, Priest Holmes, and Wes Welker on offense. On defensive side, James Harrison and Willie Wood good choices. I agree with "48" that Warren Moon, or Kurt Warner would be better choices than Tony Romo. One measure of a QB is how well they do in playoff games. Tony Romo(6 games, 2-4 record) , Warren Moon (10 games, 3-7 record), Kurt Warner (13 games, 9-4 record including 1 Super Bowl win, and 3 conference championships). The respective QB ratings in playoff games: Warner-102.8, Romo-93.0, Moon- 84.9

James Harrison was also cut by both the Steelers and Ravens before sticking with the Steelers the next time around. Shows how perseverance pays off.
Regardless of Romo's accomplishments, he is not better than either Warren Moon (hall of fame) and Kurt Warner (future hof'er).
Papi - that's exactly why Gates wasn't drafted.

Yeah, I'd pick Warner in his prime to head my all undrafted team.
