Why throw away a great, loving, caring relationship where two people add so much to each others' lives because the guy occasionally likes to have sex with a blonde instead of a brunette?
Perhaps unsurprisingly, I find nothing wrong with this practice. A bit formal for my taste, but if that's what they feel they need to feel protected in the marriage, it's their choice.
He wants to golf at least once a week. She used to somewhat enjoy golf, but has since lost interest. So once a week he golfs with someone else. She doesn't care to know about his golfing, he doesn't tell her about it, nor does he move out and go live with his golf buddy/pro.

A slippery slope indeed
The next thing the wife will asking for in "the marriage contract" will be her own credit card.

Looks good to me. I agree it is a tad formal but it is refreshing to see honesty and agreement in use. :)

I prefer to call it the Golf Clause.
