Superman, hands down. The Hulk doesn't have super breath, X-ray vision, heat vision, super speed and he can't fly.
Plus, as far as attracting strippers goes, the Hulk is one ugly SOB. ;-)

JamesSD, they did the fight several times. Superman won when he figured out what was making Hulk mad and put a stop to it. Although Superman did make a comment that if the Hulk kept getting stronger he might have a problem.
Mighty Mouse could take them both at the same time with one leg tied behind his back!
