So I had a friend who hired his first back page prostitue about three years ago now and he totally got fucked. Not in the way you would prefer either. So he gets the hooker over and she is like "damn it smells good in here, what you smokin on?" And he like I just smoked my last bowl of some sour d. She responds " well you look a little nervous for just smoking, is this your first time hiring someone off BP?" He shamefully admits yes and goes on to pay her the $200 for 30 minutes. Not more than 10 minutes later maybe 5 ( I wasn't there) she said she has more weed in her car "wrapped up in a blunt ready to go." Well my dumbass friend was like hell Ya I'll smoke a blunt and she's like hold on I will go get it. Well folks that sneaky bitch took his $200 and never returned. Aka backpage 101, probably the oldest trick in the book. Not to mention he lived on the third floor of a big apt complex. What would you do in scenario like this everyone? I said we could set her up and I'll call her but then we risk having to fuck her pimp up....let me know your thoughts

    This happened three years ago and you are posting about it now? Sure, just go ahead and give her a call now, I'm positive she'll still be around and come right over. And I am sure it was your "friend" who had this happen.

    You and your "friend" are stupid. First rule of Backpage 101 NEVER invite a hooker to your house. That's a set up for all sorts of problems. You should have set her up the next day. Though its probably not worth it, especially if your not ready to handle the heat of the underworld. Her pimp probably got a bunch of dudes ready to kill....or not. Well in any case, better to take a loss than risk a fire.

    It's the cost of doing business; sometimes one will have losses – this kinda shit also happens in strip-clubs where custies will pay the dancer upfront for VIP and she'll make some type of excuse (e.g. “I gotta go to the bathroom real quick”; or “I need to talk to the bouncer real quick”) and then disappear with yo $$$ and no services rendered. That is why it's best not to pay till services are rendered – if she's not fine w/ that the best I'll do is show her I have the $$$ and if she still wants it upfront most times I'll just walk away.

    i do exactly the same thing Papi does. Fortunately, it's not so much of an issue any more because I'm a familiar face in the clubs; *somebody* knows I'm not a welcher.

    Never pay upfront. Show it to them, at best, so they know you are for real. Offer to tip if everything goes well.

    USASG is the best site for that type of info. I've never used the info all the way, but the stuff provides for entertaining reading either way. One thing I've noticed: the Florida guys are much better at posting and updating than the guys from other states, IME.

    What review sit you use depends on where you are. Some of them are stronger or weaker in some areas as compared to other areas. You just have to check them out and judge. USASG has the advantage of being free.

    @estafador: No, it's because I've read the sections of quite a few states and seen that none of them comes close to Florida. Louisiana's is particularly disappointing. CA and NY are alright, but that's really it. Texas doesn't pop much on there. Sections for smaller places in Florida (Pasco, for instance) get more traffic on that site than the New Orleans section could ever hope for.

    @IHearVoices I haven't bothered to go on USASG in a while, but man my boy keeps me informed and phew does he tell me about what's going on in the underworld. Just got some tips on a smoking hot place that I would have never known had my USASG buddy didn't tell me. But good to know that NY is at the very least "alright:" in comparisons to most other states.
