Clubs on New Year's Eve

To be blunt: Are strip clubs likely to be pretty hoppin' on New Year's Eve or are they more likely to be dead?

I'd say hopping. Especially late in the eve past midnight as people come in from family parties or other venues. IME more often than not I don't have a good-time clubbing on holidays – too many custies making customer service from dancers go down.

We had a discussion about this a week or two ago. A buddy and I once went to a club on New Years Eve, but we left around ... I dunno, 10:30ish I think. Place was rockin', plenty of hot chicks. But I'm guessing this probably varies wildly by city and club.

I had a stripper ask me today if I was coming in on NYE and I told her no. That I stay away from strip clubs on NYE because all of the amateurs are out.

I would expect fucking dead before midnight, and crazy after. Especially anywhere clubs stay open late; they close at 2 AM here. I also expect most of the hot young girls to have other plans. The couple girls I've talked to about NYE are going to clubs/parties/raves, not working.

At least one local club is closing at 6 on NYE. But, I won't be going at any rate.

We went to the SC last New Years and it was packed wall to wall. Not much fun. This year were skipping the SC and saving hundreds and hundreds of $$$ by going to a huge swingers party. I'm sure Mrs. Sea will have the opportunity for numerous tits in her face there. Me too. Best part....no fucking guy with a clip board keeping an eye out.

NYE is amateur night on the road. Many dancers have party plans and won't be working.

My club is in downtown Detroit in Greektown, surrounded by numerous regular bars and a casino. Tomorrow will be my first NYE working, but this will be my last weekend working for several months. I've heard the previous years were awesome, so here's to hoping.

I went once and it was a waste of time. Hardly any dancers. One dancer was probably close to 50, fake tits, and a giant belly.

Clubs should be closed on New Year's Eve, Halloween and probably other major holidays. No fun getting dances when the dancer is in a really bad mood.

ReiDetroit - I've been thinking about going! I really have never wanted to spend my NYE at the club, but one of my New Year's resolutions is to work more / make more money, so I just may go!

I gave up partying on NYE when I was like 18. Why bring in the new year getting wasted and spending money when I can either be relaxing with close friends, family, or perhaps making money?

It might be dependent on the club, and city, but I have yet to have a good time in a club on NYE. Most of the times the clubs were dead, and half the dancers, especially the good ones, took the day off. The few times the club was crowded, there still wasn't enough dancers, and most who were working weren't the most popular. You likely wouldn't be able to get a dance from one of the good dancers, and the rest were in a bad mood because they weren't getting dances.

NYE is amateur night. I'm gonna stay home and read about the 2amers the next day.

Depends on the club probably but I know at least last year they were. I'm torn between going to work tonight cause I want to party but wanting to stay home with my man cause he hasn't been feeling the best so he's not really up to partying :/
