Def looks like standard BDSM place. Not even a public club, but dominatrixes and switches for hire. No?
One of our members who goes to a club in Iowa refuses to understand that once a club is no longer a public place, lots more can go on, besides just BYOB. And this does not necessarily mean that they are telling you it is not a public place. People find ways to bend rules to meet their needs.
Subraman here understands how this works, BDSM places, Swingers Clubs, and some types of Strip Clubs.
