porn star suing Josh Duggar

[view link] You might remember the story from a. Couple months ago about porn star Danica Dillon saying that Josh Duggar paid her $1,500 on two different occasions for sex and that he was very physical/aggressive with her but that the sex was consensual. Now she is suing him for $500,000 for emotional trauma. She said she felt like she was being raped even though she admits it was consensual. She never filed a police report and didn't mention any of this until he was exposed in the Ashley Madison hack. She admitted he paid her for sex, so technically what she did is illegal since it is prostitution (though I think most of not all of us agree that anything that happens between to consenting adults should be legal). So if she moves forward and sues him shouldn't she be charged with prostitution? What if you were drinking and driving and someone rear ended you mad it was entirely your fault? You would still get charged with a DUI. Granted a DUI is much more serious than prostitution but it's the same basic principle. Personally I think she is just looking for publicity and an out of court settlement. With that being said, I think she is hot with a great body. Here's some pics: [view link] [view link]
