Alucard would never do that. He was a health worker and believed in good health. Leaving shit all over is just so unhealthy. If I saw the guy and it was my neighborhood, I might not call the police, I might get a high powered paintball rifle and aim for the crap as it comes out or maybe right before. Fire off 4 or 5 shots in a second. Maybe more as he ran. I am not advising anyone to do this. It might be all illegal. I could claim I was defending the neighborhood from potentially deadly bacteria. Naahh, I wouldn't do that. I'd call the police and let them shoot him when it looked like he was reaching in his drawers and the police feared for their lives. That's the civilized thing to do in the US.
