  Well, it doesn't actually break since there aren't any bones but you do tear the tissue and blood fills up everywhere swelling greatly. I understand that it's incredibly painful. About as bad as going 90mph and slipping into her ass with no lube. From what I hear...lol

  I saw a YouTube video where the guy supposedly was fucking in a tree and fell down and broke his dick. ouch. I heard surgery is very important to get after a break or the member may not ever get hard again or be deformed for life. It will not heal on its own.
