Aaahhh, this brings back fond memories of the Santini Sisters who used to tour Ontario, Canada and perhaps elsewhere too many years ago (sigh). They really did look like sisters, but whether they really were, I have no idea. The shows were great and I saw them several times in my hometown and in two other towns when they happened to be where I happened to be on business. (Sometimes even I have good luck.) One of their routines was to get some poor shlub on stage, unzip his pants and insert a 12" sausage into his open fly and then deepthraot the other end of it. One time I saw the act, some guy walked into the club just as that was happening and he thought she was really blowing the guy on stage. It was the classic double-take and the look on his face was absolutely pricless.

They would sell Polaroids of themselves posing with a customer for $10.
