Walked in on?

Has this ever happened to you? I was in the VIP area with a dancer that I had been with before. We were heavily into her "dance" when in walked a club employee (not a bouncer or security). Seems the A/C controls were in that room. I about died. My first thought was vice, and how to explain the situation to those that matter in my life. She was MORE then pissed. Needless to say. that ended the VIP room for me!

TGG, I agree, I'd much prefer more privacy for private dances. Unfortunately you rarely get it, and I never assume that I will have it in a club. And I also agree that laws are broken regularly, if for no other reason than the laws in this area are so vague, nobody really knows what's legal or illegal. My guess is that the big clubs have their lawyers meet in advance with the DA or sheriff and work out a compromise, and the little clubs just go with the flow and take their chances. But who knows when some deal might fall apart or some politician wants to make a name for himself?

I would guess, given my experiences through out the country, most all laws are exceeded from time to time. Even so, I would not expect anyone to walk into a “private area”.

Also, I should point out that "illegal activity" is a wide range of things. Local laws here, for example, forbid any nudity during a dance, but it's extremely common to get northern, southern exposure, and a hand-performed mammogram. In this case it's the dancer that gets in trouble if caught, but still you don't want to be worrying that the fun is going to come to an abrupt end.

I think hiding from the GF/wife would be one. With an escort, you have to set things up and either have the house cleared out or find a place to meet where you won't be spotted. At a strip club, you just stop by when it's convenient. Even if the little lady does find out you were there, it can't really be assumed that anything illegal happend.

FONDL, a man has a right to his privacy, including during a perfectly legal lapdance...

I'm assuming from your posts that you were engaging in some illegal activity. Am I the only one here who avoids illegal activities in clubs and who avoids clubs where illegal activities are common? Aren't the rest of you at all concerned about legal and health risks? As I've said before, it seems to me that escorts pose less risk as well as being cheaper. So why does anyone pursue illegal activities in clubs? I find it puzzling.

The dancer addressed management. She told me, on my next visit, that it would never happen again. That is assured, since I will no long use the VIP area of that club. He was in there only about 15-20 seconds.

Clubber, you should have mentioned the inconvenience to the management. I know there is no real true privacy most places anymore, what with cameras spying on us on the streets, in the stores, you name it. Did the employee just fix the AC, and walk out? He should have waited until you were finished, at least...

I've found it to be pretty common for club employees to walk into the VIP rooms for one reason or another. I never expect to receive total privacy anywhere. Plus an awful lot of places have cameras everywhere.

At one of the clubs I frequent, there's a door at the back of the VIP lounge that leads to the employee break room (or something like that). I didn't notice this door until maybe the 3rd time I was there. Dancers mostly use it, but I was tucked back in the corner of the VIP room thinking when the door pops open and some random dude walks out. It was a little unnerving, although there's only a couple dirty girls at this club anyway (maybe that's why).
