Sorry Vegas is not on my list of places to go. What happens in Vegas can stay in Vegas. I personally have no use for Vegas since I do not gamble and find casinos a waste of time. In Vegas I found unless you are willing to spend a truckload of money it is not worth it. Vegas revolves around gambling since I don't everything is more expensive. I do know how to play the games but I have had enough statistically analysis to know that I will never win in the long run. I would rather spend $$$$ in The Flight Club in Detroit, The Cadillac Lounge in Providence or The Spearmint Rhino in COI than lose it in a casino. Or even in a dive club In a club live Bogart's or Pardners Tavern the very least I get is eye candy and I do not have to burn air fare to get there. People think pay for play is legal in Nevada but in actuality it is only legal in certain counties and Vegas is not in one of them. In point of fact strip club are not allowed to be around gambling in the state. You even have to spend more on a civilian to close the deal.

Wow TiredTraveler that's unfortunate, I completely understand I am not a gambler myself . However I love the atmosphere of Vegas when I vacation . Allows me to let my hair down !

Being and old white guy I don't get any freebies or anything "comped" unless I am gambling. A pretty flirty sexy girl is another story! I could afford it but I choose not to.

Sorry I have had hotel casinos in Reno and in Vegas try to rip me off for things I did not order or want so I kind of have a mad on for them .I travel a lot and nothing PO's me like a hotel trying to slide in extras without asking.

Strip clubs aren't allowed to be around gambling?

Video slots might be an exception to that. One of the neighborhood strip clubs in Vegas -- Play It Again, Sam's -- has video poker at the bar.

I think the video Poker is the exception unless it has change. It has been 6 or 8 years since i have been there.

I don't know when you were in Vegas last TiredTraveler, but some things have changed.

As PhatomGeek said some of the clubs have machines which requires a gaming license. Plus their are clubs located short blocks from the casinos. Fremont Street has a club in between casinos.

Vegas is terrible for men.

Hot girls get comped everything.

I go to LV a lot for conventions, but only do minimal gambling. I do go to clubs, but I have narrowed down my list to a few smaller ones.
I do spend time OTC with favorites that I found in clubs, that takes up my evenings.

Thanks for reminding me, Jester. That club on Fremont is the Girls of Glitter Gulch (last I remember anyway).
