It's OK as long as you know which one it is. There was one at one of my favorite clubs and my favorite dancer there pointed it out to me. So I asked how can you be sure and she told me because they went to high school together.

Eh. If you can't tell by looking, who cares? I tend to like very femme women and no amount of hormones can replicate that look. I'm also not so into fake boobs. It's sometimes tough to tell from behind, but to me it's normally obvious from the front.

No fucking way. I don't ever want to see such a "woman" and I will never be desperate as to touch one.
