Why would you have to pay a cover if you've never been to the club?
The Department of Redundancy Department should look into this immediately!
Maybe by "cover charge" he meant they make you purchase a condom before you go in, but then they throw in admission to the club as an added bonus.
I think Obama should appoint a Czar to look into this
