If you just want to go for the eye candy hit the Cheetah. I've only been there once and it was on Halloween night. You couldn't tell the customers from the employees. A lot of money was spent on some of those costumes.
If you want more than just eye candy, Hit Follies. The manager told me that everybody is going to wear costumes and her you can actually help the dancers out of theirs. LOL.
