FEDERAL HEIGHTS, Colo. — Two people were shot early Wednesday morning after an altercation outside a strip club.
Police said the incident happened about 1:45 a.m. in the parking lot of the Platinum 84 strip club at 8485 Umatilla St., which is east of Federal Boulevard and north of West 84th Avenue.
Police say two groups of men were leaving the strip club when they got into a fight and at least one gunman started shooting. One man was shot in the chest and is in critical condition, and the other victim was shot in the hip and is expected to be OK. Both were transported to a local hospital.
Police are seeking three suspects who drove away in a white or silver four-door sedan. Police say the suspects are white men. One was wearing a jersey, another was in a white shirt and the third was wearing a black shirt.
Police are reviewing surveillance video inside and outside the club, and interviewing witnesses trying to determine what led to the incident.
