If you are looking for a particular girl, check twitter. They usually advertise on there. Otherwise, check the websites for the clubs in your area.
The Floating World used to have that kind of information, but it seems like that site isn't as well maintained as it used to be.
I agree that it's probably best to keep an eye on the club sites. The one club I visit that has features generally has them appear the second week of the month with a VIP party on Wednesday and shows Thursday, Friday & Saturday. They generally have the features posted three months out.
Lisa Ann & Gianna Michaels are on tour nowadays, so be on the lookout.
