Requesting feedback of No Touch in Vegas?

From what you guys are saying, this is good news.... i think. My negative experience at Cheetas was not related to the woman saying "no mas" however, but the bouncers, and I hadn't really done anything yet. Even the two girls were surprised. For many girls, of course, the kitty is premium real estate. But what I'm talking about here are bodies and breasts. You know, the basics to any decent lap dance!

"No touch" in Vegas is a total joke. Approximately 5% of strippers in Vegas insist on it, and exactly (no joke this time) 0% of those got me to buy a second dance from them. Go to the Olympic Garden if you want to meet the most flagrant violators.

It wasn't "exactly" enforced when I was there at Lil Darlings (nude, with private dance areas) recently. First girl was no touch, the next said I could touch for extra tip. Frankly, this was a turn off to me, so I moved on.
