If you're Canadian, by tipping your service providers. I guess this could mean strippers.

Not really a holiday. Traditionaly it is the day when people clean up all of the wrapping stuff from Christmas. More recently, it is the day when people shop all the sales of retailers trying desperately to unload their excess stock.

Go out and challenge a Canadian to a few rounds in the ring?

I celebrate Boxing Day by punching a stripper.

(A note for the humor-impaired: This is called a JOKE. No strippers were harmed in the making of this joke.)

When I saw it on a calendar I thought maybe boxing was a really big sport in Canada to have it's own holiday.

I was wondering if they did any special tournaments on boxing day. Guess not. :)

Most canucks go shopping on boxing day, it's kinda like black Friday for the yanks, but the deals aren't as good, oh and it's a lot less violent! Ha ha!
