never heard of it. I drink water. I stopped drinking gatoraid or energy drinks after I stopped bicycling. I used to get so intense and sweat so much, on some days my face actually turned white from all the salt on my face and neck. I forget if it took one, two, or 3 hours to get a salty white face and neck. I would definitely feel the runners high after an hour. Exercise can get addictive in that situation. I never felt the runners high from simply walking.
Red bull but paying $12 for a can at a Detroit strip club is a rip off. Paying $4-6 for a can at a Columbus strip club is still pricey.
Cheaper to just use a caffeine pill and a vitamin b complex pill for energy.

If you want energy, ambience, and flavor, a cup of Cuban Coffee at the right cafe will do the trick.
