Ok, here's why: All the states/cities he lists are known for large numbers of clubs and clubs with liberal attitudes. Not like going to a lot of places with no action, say DC, Maine , Virginia etc And unlike the proposed Juicebox road trip expenses are probably paid so free hotel car plane food etc.
