I am not much of a party animal and don't necessarily enjoy huge crowds especially some of the drama that sometimes comes with these types of huge public parties.
But was wondering if any TUSCLers have ever been down to Carnival in Rio (Brazil) or Mardi Gras in NOLA? If so, how was your experience?
