Sign of the Times ?

Not surprising. A few years ago I had a bunch of toys and book my kids got for Christmas from my relatives stolen by Fed Ex when they were supposed to be delivered to my home in Phoenix. All of sudden they could not locate the package and had no idea what happened to it.

Check out what people at Apple do with your stuff when you bring it in to be fixed. Among other things they did to their inventory.

Around the holidays both companies hire a lot of extra help and sometimes aren't all that careful with screening, I'm sure there's a lot of shady shit.
