No. Not Thomas Paine...

Do you guys ever feel like you get more response from a dancer based on what cologne you're wearing? I've been sporting d&g lately and they're going crazy for it. One girl started overtly moaning after getting a good whiff.

I know women react heavily to odors but I feel like its a heavy part of our armamentarium... Thoughts?

I never go to a strip club without putting on my "Curve". They love it.

Yes, women especially are affected by a good scent. But when dancers wear particular perfumes, it makes me crazy too.

I wear Axe body spray when I go to the club and the ladies live it. Most guys don't. Some even smell really bad.

I get more attention just from my body wash scent than if I were to wear a heavy perfume or body spray. Unfortunately some male PL's really overdue the cologne - so much so that I can smell them before I see them, and I have to move to a far away table because its so strong. And if I'm aware of the ultra-strong smell, obviously the dancers will be too.

I am no swishy metrosexual. Before serious clubbing I shower fastidiously, don clean clothes, and use an unscented underarm deodorant. That, and a fat wallet, does me very well in SCs.

While working I have occasionally dropped into a club for lunch redolent of Eau de Diesel.

Yeah, I'd say cologne/perfume should not be noticeable beyond 1 ft.

Curve... Hmm, haven't considered that one since circa 7th grade. Good scent though.

@doc: D&G original... Overall chicks looove it!

Ah shit we cool! I started wearing 'The One' about a year ago.

And in another note, my grandfather said "If you can't get it smelling like yourself, you ain't going to get it smelling like something else." Which never made sense because he always smelled of whiskey, cotton, and machine coolant.

thanks to my ex-gf that's an ex-dancer, it's Axe Chocolate only for me. I was getting attention before, but after...... the attention is much more personal....... it doesn't work for everyone....... my son (that a bunch of dancers think is a hunk) can't wear the Chocolate...... he goes with a scent that makes him smell the best.

agreed that you can't bathe in it, just a light scent that a girl will notice when close.

also agreed that a dancer with a scent that fits her (& not bathed in it) will get my attention the first time but will also remind me of her in the future.

I find a good cigar to attract some. Interesting, is that they are usually some of the finest dancing.

I haven't splashed on any "liquid sure-fuck" in ages but I may have to try some of the suggestions here for the sake of curiosity.

    "I use B.o."
