Ha, what a dumbass. I think he's being treated pretty fairly all things considered. I don't agree with the law but it's still the law. You take the risks then accept the consequences.

History channel or Discovery channel had a show that postulated it was against Mexicans back in the 30's or so.

These days, to many law enforcement and intelligence organizations getting paid to fight it as well to many dealers making money.
