You can use it to make a picture as small as you like. It does other things, too, if you want to play around with it.

cambyman - I get the same response and I have successfully uploaded 50+ photos to TUSCL. I know it is not the size. Also I cannot open my present photos on TUSCL but can open the photos of other members.

Seems like the problem started when founder made some radical changes many months ago to make things easier for mobile users. Some have suggested changing systems. I hope to get my guru son to look into it one of these days.

Make sure it is a .jpeg file you are trying to upload. I know it probably is, but could be your simple solution.
