Minx, Formerly Atlantis, in Virginia Beach

It's places like this that give strip clubs a bad rep . . . "Minx" is the new name of "Atlantis" -- the most recent transformation of a club that has a reputation for being a trouble spot so bad that it is regularly put on the off limits list for Hampton Roads personnel. I know that these decisions are taken by the brass only for very serious offenses.
