On Comedy Central last night, comedian Damn Fool makes a comparison between Atlanta and Detroit strip clubs. From what I have read on TUSCL I would say he is off, especially on the Detroit clubs. Of course much of what he says and does is for comedic purposes, but I would still like to hear from our resident experts from these areas on his analysis.

Can't comment on Atlanta clubs, but I could sure help this guy find something in Detroit that would be much more 'interesting' than what he described of his Detroit club experiences.
Detroit is the national punching bag. The clubs here are great fun. Of course, a few are really lame, but the overall quality is high. The serious financial troubles in Detroit make us an easy target for jokes and rejection comedians and politicians. Or maybe I'm reading too much into this?

Well, he doesn't really say much about the clubs in either Atlanta or Detroit. He likes Atlanta better, but it's unlikely that he has an intimate knowledge of all the clubs in two cities. I've never visited an Atlanta strip club, but reports on TUSCL lead me to believe that there are some good ones. I have visited Detroit clubs once or twice, and I believe some fun can be had.
The nude table dances for $10 and the nude stage show in Atlanta do seem like good value. The stage tipping in Detroit was boring but the VIP is wild. Some clubs were dives (la chambre) but others were upscale (penthouse)

The Damn Fool mentions Magic City in Atlanta. The is a black club that has received a lot of recognition as a place where rappers and wannabe rappers like to hang out. The reviews and rating for the club actuslly suck. I have never been to a strip club in Detroit but have hit 17 in Atlanta. Overall From what I have read on TUSCL and heard from vincemichaels, Detroit has more clubs giving high mileage but if you are savy enough, the same mileage can be had in Atlanta.

I prefer the Detroit clubs, but I didn't have tuscl guiding me last time I was in Atlanta. Must plan a visit.
From what I have read here, shadow's take is what I thought because I read so much about extras in Detroit. I'm sure Damn Fool took one of his experiences in Detroit for comedic effect to compare with Atlanta. But due to our "insiders" we know better.

Ne-Yo went on a redecorating mission last weekend at an Atlanta strip club -- dropping so much money on naked booty-shakers ... he literally covered the floor with singles ... and TMZ has obtained the pics.
Ne-Yo hit up Magic City strip club on Saturday night with his baby mama Monyetta Shaw -- the one in leopard print -- and sources tell us, he rained down between $3,000-$5,000 in ones.
We're told he didn't drink a drop of alcohol either -- keeping mostly to himself in the VIP room for two hours between midnight and 2AM.
Just enough time to take over the entire club.
