She might be telling you that you got her aroused (truthfully or not). The labia tend to swell when she gets hot causing camel toe. Whether or not she actually got hot or not is beside the point. I think she was just doing her job and telling you what she thought you wanted to hear: That she was aroused by you. That's not a bad thing and there's a slim possibility that it was true.

Then wait a minute and ask, "what does that mean anyway?" My first thought was that her bikini bottom got too tight. I don't know how you could do that unless you somehow pulled up on her bikini bottom. Maybe if she's sliding down you and grinding, your friction could pull up her bikini bottom.
