Detroit High-End Trip Report

Last week I traveled to Detroit for 2 days. Business only took a fraction of time so I spent the rest of my time in the clubs.

I travel all over the country for business reasons. Detroit still reigns as my all-time favorite strip club city.

I visited the top 3 clubs in the area: Penthouse, Flight Club, Hustler Club. Day and night shifts at all of them.

Tuesday 8:00PM. Arrive in town, head to Hustler Club. Hustler has what I consider the best venue in Detroit or maybe even in the country. Lap dance rooms are huge and private. Some are about the size of a New York City condo. Haha. Talent was ok. A couple of 9s. One 9 disappeared after stage show. I got some dances from the other 9. Sensual but low mileage by Detroit standards. No extras offered. About 20 dancers working. Only a few above a 7.

Tuesday 10:30PM. Head over to Flight Club to check out the talent on a Tuesday night. Talent was decent. Got a ton dances from a smoking hot young skinny girl named Dana. No extras. Left pretty quickly afterward for my hotel

Wednesday 3:00PM. Work meetings end so I head to Penthouse for their dayshift. The place was packed. 5 girls on stage at a time. Mostly high quality. All the 8s and 9s were acting like PS's. What's a PS? Pathetic Stripper, an 8+ girl who is lazy, or fears rejection, so instead hides out in the dressing room, the upstairs smoking bar, or with regulars who are comfortable to the girl but spend zero money on her. When I see a 9 or 10 I like I usually tip her on stage and ask her to come over. At PH some girls must be so hot I guess they are exempt from dancing on stage?? There was one smoking hot 10 I couldn't get the attention of. Always sitting upstairs smoking or with a regular. I would later see her around 8:30 as she was leaving. She said things were really really slow and barely made any money. No shit! Maybe because you spend 2 hours with some chump regular just because he bought you a couple of Red Bulls. These PSs need to step outside their comfort zone and say hi to the new guys, the business travelers with $2000 in their pockets. Yes, that's me. Fucking PS's.

Wednesday 5:30PM. Head to Flight Club for their dayshift. Some decent girls but not up to my standards of 8+. Leave quickly for Hustler

Wednesday 6:30PM. Hustler club for their shift change. Saw the 7pm revue of both the day and night girls. No girls up to my standards. Lots of MILFs, fuglies, oldies, FUPAs galore. Maybe the hot girls don't show up until much later. I couldn't wait so I left for Penthouse.

Wednesday 8:00PM. Penthouse night shift. Very slow compared to the afternoon. Things wouldn't get packed again until 10 or later. Tons of girls working. Was easier to get girls by tipping them on stage. Less chump regulars hogging the hotties. I got plenty of dances from the four hottest girls there, all 8s and 9s. 3 of the 4 offered extras. I stayed here until close. Had an awesome time. Definitely a Top 3 club in the entire country.

Thursday 12:30PM. Flight Club for a couple hours before my plane leaves. Talent was very strong. I find a couple of 9s I like. I tipped them $5 on stage and asked them to come by. Surprise, surprise, they went back to their regulars and lost out on a few hundred $ of my money. LOL. When will these PSs learn? Try a new guy once in a while.

All in all a good trip.
Penthouse: Still the best club in Detroit, if not the US. Dancer quality is phenomenal, mileage is great. You guys all know this.
Flight Club: Strong #2 to Penthouse
Hustler: Amazing venue but talent is hit or miss.

    interesting post. although i don't spend like you mentioned you are willing to, i've been puzzled by pathetic strippers that would rather disappear, sit with a non-spending customer or hang with the other girls when she could make some quick cash by taking a few minutes to come by and talk/flirt a little and get me interested in buying some dances.
    there have been some that i liked so much that they could skip the foreplay, i would have been happy to spend money on them if they would just take a minute to come around.
    well nobody ever accused strippers of being rhodes scholars.

    It's always weird how they sit around and talk to eachother, send text messages or camp out with some guy who isn't spending anything on them. There's money to be made if they just try.

    I was in the clubs those days, and I really enjoyed how the dancers preferred hanging around with a regular like me. They said they were ignoring out-of-towners so they would have more time to give regulars extras for free.

    I think Penthouse strippers might also have fear of the Detroit ordinance and undercover cops. I had a stripper ask me if I was an undercover cop before we headed to the VIP. That ordinance affects only the Detroit city clubs so Flight club and Hustler strippers do not have to worry about it.

    Well, Bananafish. You came,(ahem), you saw, you conquered. I'm glad you had the chance to sample the clubs you did. Should you return try the lower end clubs, too. Bogarts is always memorable, they do have a few hotties besides the dregs. LOL

    oh, can't wait to get back to DTW. your post made me home sick. Although my last trip was somewhat uneventful I have not lost hope in the motor city. I also tend to stick to the
    "lower-end" clubs but I think I will have to make my back to Penthouse to revisit my old days.

    Samsung, I have to laugh at your comment. Does a stripper actually believe an undercover cop will tell her if he is there undercover? "But, your Honor, I ASKED him if he was a cop before I offered extras!!!" The idea might have been on her mind but with that kind of emptiness rolling around up there I am sure it did not stay long!

    m00tpoint: Some people believe that if one asks point blank if a cop is a cop that they have to answer truthfully or sacrice the arrest as being entrapment. I remain unconvinced.

    Nice business week. Between this story and GMD and samsung1, I'm sold on a trip to D-town real soon!

    That "cop having to tell you if they are a cop" is a total Hollywood movie convention. In real life that is not considered entrapment. Entrapment is very difficult to prove, but usually centers on the LEO initiating the illegal activities (or pressuring the perp into the crime), rather than the perpetrator. But if you have any criminal history yourself, you can forget about the entrapment angle.

    There are reasons why they do this, usually it's just because they are young girls. It drives me nuts as a club operator. About a 3rd of them couldn't care less what they make. They are totally happy just hanging with a young hot guy who they might want to see outside the club. If you're not young and hot though, forget about it unless you're really ready to spend outside the club.

    I was sitting at the bar with my current fav. Two new, young dancers were sitting together at the end of the bar. My fav nudged me and whispered, "watch the new girls get schooled." The bartender/day shift manager came over to the girls with a pissed look on her face and had a short, sharp conversation with them. Both girls got up and started working the room.

    That's a well run club.

    I think strippers just fancy themselves master lie detectors just as they consider themselves master liars. I don't think their lie detection is that great though. Once I told a stripper I was married, then a few sessions later fessed up that I wasn't. Man, was she pissed off. Why should it have mattered? No idea, other than I had outlied her.

    Dougster -- Is there a reason to tell a stripper you are married when you are not other than to mess with them lie for lie? Is there some benefit? I've had more than one stripper make reference to "your wife" and I have been quick to tell them I'm not married anymore.

    No, just messing with her since I just found her to be outrageously dumb and FOS herself. I remember she told me that antibiotics were used to treat virus infections, like a cold. I told her that was wrong, and she said she ought to know because she was a nursing student. On another visit I mentioned a line Obama had said in Cairo. She had no idea where Cairo, or Egypt was. Thought she would be fun to mess around with.
