Ohio
Washington Capitals vs. Tampa Bay Lightning
San Jose Sharks vs. Detroit Red Wings
Vancouver Canucks vs. Nashville Predators
I hope either the Detroit Red Wings or the Tampa Bay Lightning win the Stanley cup just for the sake of their strip clubs!

BTW, you got the teams wrong, Washington was ELIMINATED by Tampa Bay in the last series, it should be BOSTON vs. TAMPA BAY (Eastern Conference) and after tonight VANCOUVER vs. SAN JOSE (Western Conference). Sorry for being so direct but I do realize that in the USA the hockey scores follow kindergarten basketball so we in Canada will forgive you for the confusion.
GO CANUCKS GO! (Suck my cock Gary Bettman, the NHL did not invent this phrase and should not have the rights to it as the fans created it, not some little puke with a basketball background). For the many wonderful American TUSCL patrons this has a lot more meaning to Canadians than Americans (maybe more than it should...) please don't be insulted by my comments. All we really want to see is a good, exciting, final that brings some recongition to the sport of hockey south of the border.
I think the recognition of T&A wherever one may be is universally acknowledged by our allegiance to this site.
Please excuse my spelling as I'm a bit drunk after watching the SJ vs. Detroit game to determine who the CANUCKS will "smoke" next.
You are so dead wrong about hockey scores, my friend.
We here in Detroit have a long and wonderful history of producing winners here. We've won the Cup many, many times. It wasn't meant to be this year, but there is always next year for the boys to reclaim Sir Stanley. SMOKE THEM SHARKS !!!
I moved to SE MI in 1997. The Red Wings have won Lord Stanley's Cup 4 times since then. I fully credit Bogart's flat screens, $10 steaks and $40 hand jobs.
Mav, you should know about Detroit and Michigan. Detroit is Hockeytown, all of Michigan is Hockeytown. The Wings are easily the best team in the D. Lots of other hockey too, you're just as likely to see a game of street hockey as any other sport. Just outside of the 313, UofM has won 9 collegiate titles. Oddly, there's only a lame DJV close by in Ypsi. Mich State has won 3 titles and has a better than average DJV, a thug club and Omars has the sexiest girls in the state but low mileage. Throw in 9 more titles from the other state colleges.
So Mav, go ahead and bash the other 49 states but know that Michigan brings it in hockey and titty bars! Remember, we travel south to go to Canada.
(wow, look at the transplant defending Michigan)
You've won lots of cups, time for the Canucks to win their first!
I wonder if the Columbus Blue Jackets are ever going to go far?
Hockey club? Only one answer - Boston.
Most Mellow city? Vancouver
Do You Know The Way To San Jose? I don't

San Jose is part of Silicon Valley, an area in california where several major internet companies are located (Google, Yahoo, ebay, etc.)
1) Tampa Bay over Boston- No comparison, Tampa Bay wins handily, but long distance help from Providence should at least keep series interesting.
2) San Jose over Vancouver- This is ugly series- both cities suck for stripclub mongers. San Jose getting long distance help from San Francisco should put them over the top. But really- Vancouver $50 no- mileage LD's, SF has mileage but very expensive.
On the basis of SC alone I have to agree with farmerart though don't have the same level of personal experience. From reading the reviews Florida and Michigan are tops in SC's with Ontario well in the running.
On the basis of winning teams Montreal is the most winning professional sports franchise in north american history hands down, I don't like the Habs but will give credit where credit is due.
Canucks win big but I pay $1000 for a BJ from an ugly whore and am too pissed to remember... (oops, another drunken rant...)
samsung1 one...good luck to Columbus, just be thankful you're not a leafs fan, its tough enough being a Canucks fan...
- Tampa over Boston, an average girl in the bay would become a hard 10 in Beantown. Even if Providence were added to the equation, Tampa holds strong with Dale Mabry and not so long distance help from Pasco County
- San Jose over Vancouver, but only if San Francisco is included
In a battle of Tampa vs. San Jose, I think Tampa would pull away with being a better value and slightly better looking girls. SJ/SF is in California, but probably has the worst looking girls in the state relative to LA, OC, San Diego and even Sacramento.
In terms of the entire NHL, I think in my travels Montreal is at the top. It is cheaper than California, NY, Chicago or Florida, and the quality is better than Detroit/Windsor, Toronto/Buffalo or Atlanta. Then again I might have a personal preference for the french canadians.
