I have a close friend who personally lost money in one of these.&nbsp; Trust me, they are fake, but look real.<br />

Below is a good example of one of these notorious <span style="border-bottom: #366388 2px dotted; cursor: hand" id="lw_1273381032_2" class="yshortcuts">ATM machines</span>, which take deposits without any<br />
trouble, but consumers seem to be having trouble making withdrawals.<br />
Obtaining a receipt is nearly impossible, so the compliance process cannot get started.&nbsp;<br />
